Howdy, Y'All!

I hope you all had a great weekend!

I am out of the 250's! I used to wonder how I'd feel if I ever was able to just lose a few more pounds. A few now, and a few later. And I'm finally doing it!

I am now down to 248.

My goals for this week:

Drink 9+ glasses of water/day
Do strength training at least 3 days
Do cardio at least 5 days (am getting treadmill on Friday, so even bad weather is no excuse!)
Eat 3+ servings of fruits/veggies per day
Stop having so much butter on my whole wheat dinner roll! Well, it's not a lot, but I shouldn't be having any at all.

Hello, Blue Team!

Great job, Snugjeandemon and Mlmuster!

I remained the same. Did a lot of extra exercise, but it was my birthday weekend so indulged big time one day. (Yes, only one day, I promise!) I'm cool with having maintained. Whew!

This week I will still be doing a lot of extra exercising (long walks on Saturdays are now part of my routine), but I won't have a serious indulgence day. (I do let myself indulge once a week, but that usually just means dinner out, and being careful about what I eat. Last weekend was not paying attention at all - although I did still log it.) So hopefully, I'll be on my way down again by next Monday.

Goals:
Lose 3 pounds
Continue water intake
Strength 3x/week (added some new ones I like!)
Cardio 3x or more/week
Min 4 fruit/veggie servings/day

Y'all have a good week now, y'hear?

Down 2.5 this week to 238.

I'm pretty happy with that especially considering holiday travel and food.

This week - I want to WALK. I'm just really in the mood - so I'd better go with it.

I need to increase my water and really get it all in - I've been drinking, but not as much as I should.

Need to increase the fruits and veggies - with the exception of potatoes and tomatoes I've been kinda week on the fruit and veg front.
