I remained the same. Did a lot of extra exercise, but it was my birthday weekend so indulged big time one day. (Yes, only one day, I promise!) I'm cool with having maintained. Whew!
This week I will still be doing a lot of extra exercising (long walks on Saturdays are now part of my routine), but I won't have a serious indulgence day. (I do let myself indulge once a week, but that usually just means dinner out, and being careful about what I eat. Last weekend was not paying attention at all - although I did still log it.) So hopefully, I'll be on my way down again by next Monday.
Goals:
Lose 3 pounds
Continue water intake
Strength 3x/week (added some new ones I like!)
Cardio 3x or more/week
Min 4 fruit/veggie servings/day
Y'all have a good week now, y'hear?
