This week, the challenge will be FITNESS MINUTES!
This is a week when we're probably all going crazy getting everything ready for the holidays - so much to do! Let's see if we can also get in some workouts and some holiday burn!
Fit in those scheduled workouts AND find little opportunities to get in extra minutes - extra walking, take the stairs, moving all the boxes of decorations and presents!
So this week's challenge is to track your fitness minutes!
