My caloric intake range is 1400-1750.

Monday my intake was 1621.
Tuesday my intake was 1407.
Wednesday my intake was 1826.
Thursday my intake was 1413.
Friday my intake was 1395.
Saturday my intake was 1454.
Sunday my intake was 1459.

Monday I had 1843 calories.
Tuesday I had 1711 calories.
Wednesday I had 1564 calories.
Thursday I had 1662 calories.
Friday I had 1372 calories.
Saturday I had 1311 calories.
Sunday I had 1599 calories

Not too bad for my first week. Paid close attention to amount of calories and tracked my food.
