My 3 things are:
1. Eat a high fiber/protein breakfast
2. Write in a journal- I have been blogging.
3. Stretch for 10 mins a day.

Tuesday 12/21/2010 – I didn't stretch but I ate a good breakfast-
Wednesday 12/22/2010 – I totally blew it today and forgot about being consistent.
