sorry so late my whole family, including me, has the flu. my son is keeping a high fever, not swine flu just plain old miserable flu.

I am so sorry about the points. I have been horrible about tracking. But I did manage to lose this week because I was making good choices,I just haven't been able to get to the computer and track it.
Goal 1:Lose 10 lbs. by 05/12/13 Reward: Spa day at home

Sorry everyone!! I have been out ill. However my loss is not due to illness. I was still able to eat ~ just soft foods. No exercise, no tracking, etc. A loss is a loss. I will try to catch up with posts tomorrow night ~ I am off for a run tonight!!

i'm totally messed up this time i don't get why or how unless it's just the stress of hard times and family issues right now man i never thought it would be like this i'm am trying so hard not a quitter eirther i will figure a wway to get this reversed sooner or later i think i am due a a week for weight loss not a gain so i am focusing on that for now
