Here's the thread for Monday's stats. Need your weight, MEASUREMENTS, and healthy points by Wednesday at the latest, please. Thanks!!
~WATER- Drinking at least 8 glasses (64 oz) of water a day (this ramps up your metabolism, as well as keeps you full)= one point
~CALORIE RANGE- Staying within your calorie range= one point
~HEALTHY FOOD CHOICES- Eating breakfast (it's amazing how many people don't, but it gets your metabolism started for the day, so get to it!) & Getting at least 5 servings of freggies (fruits and veggies) each day= one point
~EXERCISE- that is PLANNED exercise. Strength (doing at least 2 sets of 3 different exercises - remember, so muscles have time to repair, don't do two days in a row of exercise using the same muscles) &/or Cardio (getting at least 30 minutes in a day)= one point
~PARTICIPATION- posting on your team thread & Supporting your fellow team members= one point
~BONUS- participation in ALL TEAM WEEK LONG challenges= 5 points
