Peggy, I run 3 days per week and do 2-3 days of strength training. Currently I'm doing ChaLEAN Extreme 3x/week. Sometimes I add on some extra elliptical or biking.

How many days a week are you running in order to lose the weight, and what other workouts do you do to strengthen? I believe I have put myself in maintenance mode because I've only done enough to get by, therefore, I've remained 179 for a while now. Its time I shock my body into cooperating and get on with the weight loss.

I lost 9 pounds- emoticon
I just re-committed to eating better and getting the old butt away from the computer more (2 weeks and counting), but I think the initial weight loss week one was probably water since I have dropped almost all sodium out of my diet.

4 Members Lost five Pounds or more in March and two came close. Let's shoot for 5 pounds this month to get in shape for the Summer. Some of you are close to goal weight, but we have so many new members, I want to keep weight loss as a goal. You will be rewarded for losing 5 pounds this month. Join the challenge and enter your weight loss under Other Goals. Do Not ENTER YOUR ENTIRE WEIGHT, just enter the pounds you lost on the day you lost them. You can weigh-in any day of the week. The status will be checked on the last day of the month and anyone losing 5 or more pounds will win a prize. See You in the LOSER'S Circle!
