My long term goals is to reach my weight goal of 140 by the end of this year. I also want to make sure that I get rid of two credit card balances. and I want to walk for breast cancer in new york this summer.
Well, my major long-term goal is to reach a healthy weight. I've been overweight all of my life, so I'm not really sure what that number will be. I'm working with a personal trainer, and he wants to get my body fat percentage down to 20%. So, that's what my ultimate goal is.
