June 2014 mini goals:

1. Start to cook meals for myself. I am living alone for the first time and finding it hard to cook for just myself. It feels so lonely, but I want to work on changing my thinking.
2. Walk more.
3. Do one household project.
4. Be a little more social.

Being overweight is hard.
Losing weight is hard.
Maintaining your weight is hard.

my mini goals for June 2012 are to walk 30 mins. each day and eat under 1500 calories each day and track all info in SP.
ok

down -0.9 lbs. this week at dr's office.

Thanks for the encouragement! i weighed-in. down -0.9 this week.
down -14 lbs all told.
not bad, i guess. felt too weak to eat less to lose more, surprisingly!

walked 60 mins. today and ate under 1500 calories.
all info tracked in SP for each day in June so far.

My mini goals are:

1. exercise every other day (3 days min/ week)
2. drink more water
3. learn healthy recipes and healthy smoothies
4. eat healthier
5. be active as much as possible

1. Cut down on pop and junk food only have 3 meals a day
2. Go to the gym 6 days a week.
3. Sleep 8 hours a night
4. Walk to the gym on nice days
5. Lose at least 6 pounds a month or more!!!!

1)To think of me first (not so much mini lol)

3)Less snacking on junk food

My goal for today is, to live in the moment. Every time I think "I am just going to gain all the weight back", "why even bother", "I will never be able to commit to this or myself" and the borage of many other negative self-talk that goes on in my head. ALL based on fear of the future. So, I figure if I can just focus on right now and what my goal is for right now, maybe in time I will create a new habit, behavior or life plan that all the negative self talk in the world can't break!!!

Oh, and I need to drink MORE WATER, eat 6 to 8 mini meals a day including protein in every one, walk my dog at least once and 10 minutes of stretching!

This month my short term goal is to be able to swim 1km in the local pool. It would be nice to get up to 1.5 but, y'know, lets be realistic!

2. Take at least 10k steps/day 5 or more days/week.
3. Do 30 crunches/day 7 days/week
4. Stretch before and after walking or treadmilling.

2. Eat within my calories, spread out over 5-6 mini meals each day.
