Well, apparently I weigh more now than I did 2 months ago! AARRGGGHHH!! But I will get it back on track starting today I am a WEIGHT LOSS WARRIOR!! Just call me Xena!! lol

I lost a total of 9 pounds in November. I wanted to lose 15 but I am still very, very happy with my loss. Not bad for a month! Yea!

How did everyone else do?

11/6 My points may be lower from here on out. I have discovered recently that I have my blood sugar under much better control but it goes haywire when I eat fruit. So, the only way I'm going to get any fruit servings in is through V8 Splash or something like that instead of fresh fruit.

Are you kidding? LOL I ate half a thing of Cherry Garcia tonight about five minutes before I ever heard of Spark People. I did, however, follow up with strength training on my living room floor. Eat 500, burn 200. Could that be why I weigh 315? Hmmmmmmmm...

I'm looking forward to doing better tomorrow, too. Thank you for the welcome :)
