Sorry, life happens. The holiday limited my time to track everything on the computer. With small kids we had school parties, church festival, and I had to work until after 8pm 2 nights this week.

Are you ready for the ULTIMATE challenge this OCTOBER??

The challenge is to complete the Sparkpeople Healthy Life Calculator AND post your results here daily!!

This will be a great way to be held accountable as everyone can view your progress!!

All participants will create just one post...and then ~~EDIT~~ it daily to post her/his results.

You will need to keep the following in mind to complete the Healthy Lifestyle Scale:

*calories
*cups of water
*# of veggies
*# of fruits
*hrs. of sleep
*min. of exercise

You can begin the challenge at any time this month...the sooner the better for you, tho!!
