Yeah, I made it through Sunday without eating after 8, and got plenty of water. I am trying to incorporate the nothing after 8 all the time now, but if I do have to have something, I am going to make it small and healthy (like a piece of fruit or a small chunk of cheese).

Pretty sure I got in the water (sometimes I lose count). But what works for me is that when my kids head upstairs for bed I brush my teeth with them. For one, it lets me know that they really are brushing and doing a good job. Two, then I don't eat and just drink WATER!!

I've been trying not to eat after 8pm anyway. This will be a good challenge, especially keeping up with the water on the weekend!
