Yeah, I made it through Sunday without eating after 8, and got plenty of water. I am trying to incorporate the nothing after 8 all the time now, but if I do have to have something, I am going to make it small and healthy (like a piece of fruit or a small chunk of cheese).

Ok I made it through the weekend but last night ate at 8:30. I was at my in-laws and we tried to eat earlier but it just wouldn't cook fast enough. So is that ok if it wasn't intentional?

Yahoo! My first challenge and I passed!

I try not to eat after 7pm on any night of the week and I always have a bottle of water with me no matter where I go.



You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Pretty sure I got in the water (sometimes I lose count). But what works for me is that when my kids head upstairs for bed I brush my teeth with them. For one, it lets me know that they really are brushing and doing a good job. Two, then I don't eat and just drink WATER!!

Well I didn't make it on either day. I ended up eating after 8pm both nights and only got in about 4 glasses of water a day. I have so much more trouble on the weekends than the weekdays.

I made it, one more glass of water (which is next to me) and I've gotten in my 80 ounces for today!

It's after 8, and I am done eating! YEAH!!

As soon as I get back upstairs, I'll have my water exceeded.

Have not done well with the after 8 thing. Normally i do well, but we were not home until late last night and had not eaten since 10 am.

Doing great on Water though. We will see how sunday goes.

Hope everyone is doing well....

If Friday is the weekend - I missed the 8pm thing.
But Saturday - I've resisted the post 8pm eating and drank TONS of water. Hope it goes as well on Sunday!

I've been trying not to eat after 8pm anyway. This will be a good challenge, especially keeping up with the water on the weekend!

Leave the "300's" by 10/31/07!!!
ACCOMPLISHED ON 10-10-07
New goal:
295 by the next time I see my dad (10-26-07)
ACCOMPLISHED by 10-24-07 (AND blew past 30 pounds lost! BONUS!!!)

This challenge is two part

1 - Night time eating one of your demons? I challenge you to NO EATING after 8:00. Plan your dinners and snacks accordingly. (OK - night shifters, adjust accordingly!)

2 - Drink your water! No slacking on the water this weekend!!
