I love most fruit with the exception of honeydew and cantaloupe and I'd rather eat it plain - I find that smoothies have too many other things added that drive up the sugar content.
Now to find such a great love for veggies (blah) LOL...
Nothing beats a "failure" but a "try". Shoot for the moon, and even if you fall short, you'll be among the stars.
I'm not a huge lover of fruit but I will eat it in a smoothie.
I love anything with strawberries, peaches, and/or bananas
Personally, I'd rather eat my fruit whole! :)
