I always use lavender bath wash and lotion on my son to help him sleep. I guess I need to start using some on myself to help me sleep.

If I can't sleep I like to take a nice relaxing bath.
Fill up tube with hot water, then add;
1 cup rolled oats
2 cups apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup lavendar flowers;
stir the bath and get in an relax. It is great for your skin, and relaxing.
I also use a lavendar pouch under my pillow.

I think lavendar is very relaxing.
I've been burning tealights lately. Sets a nice soft glow in the room.
I Just bought those new glade puffers that look like a candle but its just a light, oh the clean linen is my favorite its such a nice smell it really makes me feel calm

Follow your nose. Some fragrances may affect mood and promote health. Lavender and chamomile scents can be soothing and relaxing. Try scented candles, body wash, or room spray before bedtime.
What kind of scent do you find relaxing? Do you use candles, body wash, and/or room spray?
