I always use lavender bath wash and lotion on my son to help him sleep. I guess I need to start using some on myself to help me sleep.

If I can't sleep I like to take a nice relaxing bath.

Fill up tube with hot water, then add;
1 cup rolled oats
2 cups apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup lavendar flowers;

stir the bath and get in an relax. It is great for your skin, and relaxing.

I also use a lavendar pouch under my pillow.

I've been burning tealights lately. Sets a nice soft glow in the room.

I Just bought those new glade puffers that look like a candle but its just a light, oh the clean linen is my favorite its such a nice smell it really makes me feel calm
