I sleep good, but I'm a light sleeper so the slightest noise or jostle can wake me....and once I'm woken up it's hard for me to get back to sleep.

I usually sleep pretty soundly (I'm a Mom of 5, so I guess I'm always listening ;))

My problem is getting to bed at a normal time!

It seems like since I quit smoking and decided to lose weight I have been sleeping alot better. But I still have troubles getting to sleep. I think that will change once school starts because i will be more tired from a hard day with the kids, lol.

for more info. see Spark people's August calendar, "31 Days to Better Sleep"

emoticon emoticon Tuesday, August 14, 2007 emoticon emoticon

emoticon Get a check-up. If you toss and turn most nights, you could be suffering from a sleep disorder. Visit your physician-the sooner you find out what's wrong, the sooner you can fix it.

emoticon emoticon How is your sleep? Are you tossing and turning or do you sleep like a log? Do you think it's time for a check-up?

Please post your thoughts... emoticon
