I sleep good, but I'm a light sleeper so the slightest noise or jostle can wake me....and once I'm woken up it's hard for me to get back to sleep.

I usually sleep pretty soundly (I'm a Mom of 5, so I guess I'm always listening ;))

My problem is getting to bed at a normal time!

It seems like since I quit smoking and decided to lose weight I have been sleeping alot better. But I still have troubles getting to sleep. I think that will change once school starts because i will be more tired from a hard day with the kids,lol.

Here lately I just fall right to sleep...I do have a few nights a month I just can't fall asleep....

Once I fall asleep I usually sleep fairly soundly. It's just getting to bed is my problem.
