Since starting spark my eating habits have imporved. I am now eating in regular intervuals however I still struggle a little at night but am doing better.

Since I started exercising I have had a couple of low bloodsugars (I'm diabetic) however I know how to deal with them accordingly.

emoticon Eat at regular intervals. This keeps your energy and blood sugar levels stable all day long. With fewer highs and lows you'll be alert all day and ready to sleep at night

emoticon emoticon Do you eat at regular intervals and have you ever noticed that it affected your sleep?

Please post your thoughts... emoticon
