The light drives me crazy, so I turn the clock backwards towards the wall. Maybe I should try a wall clock. It's worth a shot at least.

I'm one of those people that if I tell myself to wake up at a certain time I will...I don't need an alarm clock! Weird but true! Just a strange talent I personally have : )

I do cover the clock now. Not just do I watch it, and recalculate to figure out how much sleep I'll be able to get...but the light from the clock disturbs me as well.

Thanks for reminding us how important our sleep is Kathy!!!

Not a clock watcher here. I actually got rid of my clock years ago and put it in the other room because I would watch the clock. I am fortunate enough that my husband wakes me before he leaves so then I know it is time to wake up. emoticon

Hmmm...never thought of that..but I am going to try that out tonight when I'm trying to get to sleep. I printed out the calendar yesterday, but I guess it doesn't do me much good if I don't look at it huh? giggle.

emoticon Turn your back on the clock. Studies show that watching the clock into the morning hours makes you more anxious and less able to fall asleep. Move the clock so that you can't see it from bed.
