I'll join you, but I don't do much walking or running. I'll be using my elliptical or stationary bike.

I'm setting a personal goal of 75 miles in February (for an average of about 2 1/2 miles per day). I've been sedentary so this is going to be a push for me.

I could try especially since I just bought a fit bit and I am trying to get the step count higher. I will say I got tired just doing some knee lifts last night in front of the tv!

I'm wondering if anyone's interested in joining me in a challenge to see how many miles we can walk (or run, etc.) in February? I've found this to be a fun and motivating challenge in the past. You can set your goal to whatever you feel comfortable with, and then come back here to drop off your miles and get some encouragement!
