I did 1,5 hours walk instead surfing the internet :) I am internet addict so I think its a first step!

Today was a strength training day and as I finished my third rep on the shoulder machine I realized, for the first time since I started 3 weeks ago, that I wasn't grimacing on the last few.
It may seem small but I've been smiling ever since emoticon

It takes a village
