I missed signing up for the HLC challenge and I know I am going to need something to keep me motivated so as I am always the competitive type a challenge seems perfect!
So I am challenging YOU to lose 5lbs by Halloween, 15lbs by Thanksgiving and 30lbs by Christmas.
Very simple rules.
1. Post your current weight and reason you are accepting the challenge
2. Post your weight every week on Sunday (no reason to start Monday's off on a scale)
3. Track your food daily in SP
4. Do a minimum of 15 minutes of exercise every day and record it
5. Check back every Monday morning for a mini-challenge of the week
6. Have fun!!!
