...exercise for one and a quarter hours in the morning. Elliptical Trainer 30 minutes, Exercise bike 30 minutes, and treadmill 15 minutes!

This thread helped me get motivated. I started a new diet today. I am doing well. I also bought a bike and went for a bike ride for the first time yesterday. Today I have tracked my meals and have made a medication and blood pressure log. Thank u to the person who started this thread it was a great idea. I vow tomorrow to keep up what I am doing and keep to making no excuses.

This is a great thread. I vow to start logging my meals and make a meal plan tomorrow. I also vow to start eating healthier and drinking eight glasses of water a day. I vow to also get in at least three days of exercise a week to start no matter how much I do not want to do it. I VOW TO STOP MAKING EXCUSES AND DO WHAT I NEED TO LOSE THE WEIGHT AND KEEP IT OFF. NO EXCUSES IS MY NEW MOTTO!!!!
