Ok, so I know this message thread is "Tomorrow I Vow To ..." However, I am going to say, Today I Vow To .... go to the gym. The reason I am not waiting until tomorrow is because I should have gone on Tuesday, but let a slight headache be an excuse not to go.

To continue walking for at least 30 minutes. I have managed to do this for 3 days in a row where as two weeks ago I wouldn't even get out of my car at the park. It's a small victory for me.

~ Lots of Veggies. I'm going to clean some carrot sticks THIS MORNING - so they are ready when I need a snack!

Slice up the cucumber and put it in the water. I think the flavor really comes out when you put the water in the fridge for a bit and let it sit. :)

emoticon I did all 3 miles today! Going into the 3rd mile I was a bit nervous because I really wanted to make it all the way, but was afraid I wouldn't. It's irritating how those negative thoughts creep in but you've just gotta chase them out with positive ones!

I stole the tag line! I admit it! I thought what a great topic!! Why not make it a challenge thread?? Whether you are involved in our Biggest Loser Challenge, the 2011 New Year's challenge, or no challenge at all this is a quick way to set and follow through on your goals. Just post what you plan to change for tomorrow, only tomorrow. You can do different things each day to fit your lifestyle or try the same goal every day! It's entirely up to you, and remember they say 20 days does maketh a habit.
For those of us who think tomorrow never comes, tomorrow is today! Remember that and follow through!!! ~cecelia
