@ DESPEATED292 - I half agree about not setting a deadline. I think you should set them and do your best to meet them BUT when D-Day comes, don't beat yourself up if you don't reach your intended goal. Just know you tired your best and set another deadline (or as I like to call them - Mini Goals). Then keep on going :) If you need someone to check in with daily, I'd be happy to help. hello i am going to be turning 30 may 28th and i need to loose 50lbs.. if anyone would like to join me i would love to get some motivation and team work going.
