i used to drink a ton of soda and i've pretty much switched to all water and i'll make iced tea (herbal usually in the summer). I may have a soda now and then but that's it. I like the fizz. i was just introduced to mixing a little OJ or juice with seltzer or sparkling water. that was very refreshing got a little fruit juice and the fizz. but again not drinking it all the time.
hubby only drank soda, he still won't drink straight water, but will drink the sobee waters it's better than what he was drinking.
I used to drink 10-12 a day. It was all I drank. I have given them up since August 2009 and switched to sweet tea. Now, I pretty much only drink water & feel a lot better for it! You won't miss once it gone. It takes a little time, but rarely do I even think of one anymore! You can do it!
