Hi All!
I've been slacking on Spark. Trying to get back in the swing of things.
I did 45 minutes weight lifting and 20 minutes cardio on the ellipictal today.

3/25/2012 7 lbs. lost
4/04/2012 +1 lbs. (6 lbs. lost)

AM: 30 Day Shred & 15 minute walk with dog (35 min total)

I just started today! Did my first strength training course today. For someone who doesn't move much, it was kinda grueling. But I got through it and I am on my third 20 oz bottle of water. A good day so far. emoticon

so i am a little late in the challenge....but i am here!!! i did 20min of yoga today......while its not cardio......its waaaay tougher than it looks. all the little controlled movements......GREAT for toning!!!

OK, so it's summer time and a lot of us are outside catching some sun. For July, let's keep it simple so we can all achieve our gaol.

3 days 30 minutes cardio each week
2 days strength training each week

remember to use your spark resources for idea's/videos!
