Okay, some of us are old hat and some people here are new. I would like people to share what exercise really trips their trigger. I know that for a lot of people exercise is much harder to deal with than changing eating habits. Sometimes it just takes finding that right thing and maybe one of us can suggest that right thing that someone else will do and love!
I am eclectic exercise-wise. I like to walk/jog, play raquetball, play basketball, lift weights and do any cardio machine. I love to row but it doesn't love me! I had to give that up awhile ago. Recently, I have discovered the fun in interval training. I don't do anything formal-just make up my own thing. The gym I go to has a track that takes 9 laps to make a mile plus it has exercise bands hooked to rails around the track so I like to alternate walk a lap, do a few exercises on the bans, jog a lap, band, lap, abds, whatever. It keeps my interest up and it is fun!
