You have the sympathy of many people. It hurts to just think about it.
I know that doesn't help much but other than upper body and lower leg exercises, I have no suggestions.

emoticon I did that a few years ago, so I can totally relate- OUCH. Sorry to hear that happened to you.

Here is a link to some online free video workouts- one is a chair workout, maybe that would help you. Not sure. There are some others there too.

I don't remember what I did at the time. I still had to work and go to school, so I was moving, even though in pain, but I wasn't focused on working out- should have been, but wasn't.

Ok so I broke my tailbone the 15th and have not worked out since....I am in so much pain but I need to get moving, I think it will help. Any suggestions on what I can do? Im thinking upper body maybe.
