In the month of June I challenge all of you to spend at least 30-45 minutes a day on fitness. We all need to stay active and keep our bodies in working order to pass our classes. Also, to cut back if not eliminate regular soda and diet soda.
We have 30 days this month and if we fall "off the wagon," get back up and start over again. DO NOT get discouraged. If we stick together and keep each other motivated, we can achieve anything we set our minds to.
