You are doing so great on your 5ks!! So far my races this year have been virtual due to expense and bad timing with race weekends and family. But, it is still something and I've grown to love running again. I swear it is doing wonders in toning my lower body, and I need to remind myself when I feel like giving up, that it is also important to my mental health. I've learned to use more positive self-talk when I run, and that has been a key in my healthy living journey.

Well I still am not eating as healthy as I would like to but am am exercising a lot. This week I hit the gym 5 days in a row. I hurt my hand doing this so I was unable to go inside and exercise. Just kidding I worked out very hard and kept in training for my next 5k.
Why don't pirates take a bath before they walk the plank? They'll just wash up on shore later.
