Very excited for 2013! I have put my health on hold as I have been finishing an RN to BSN program and I graduated in December.... then after that accomplishment, I looked down and said.."Wait a minute! I need to now focus on my health!" I started Jan 1 with exercise, portion control and am very motivated! Glad to be here with my RN peers!
My goal for 2013 is to purchase more fresh fruits and vegetables. My husband and I are planning on limiting purchasing the pre-packaged foods with high sodium content. We are going to make one "new" recipe per week. :0)
Well Ladies and Gents, Its finally over! All the holiday hype has come to and end! We made it!!! It was rough and there were days we wondered if you would survive! But we did!!
I would encourage you all to take a little extra time to relax during the first part of the month. Take time to mentally digest all the you have acomplished and survived during 2012. Once you have done that, think about all you plan to do in 2013.
Get excited! Get motivated!! We are stronger today the we were yesterday! WE CAN DO It!
