The scale didn't move for me this week, but I will bide my time - I just started this new weight training program! I am a VERY slow loser, so I need to be patient!
I think inches lost is fantastic! Don't you love that feeling of your clothes fitting better? I do not have a current inch measurement... maybe when I see the scale move a little more I will get a more recent measurement!

I have an unfair advantage - I just got engaged, so my motivation has suddenly gone through the roof!! I belong to Gold's Gym, and love walking, birding and bicycling, so I do a combination of all of the above! And since it's gotten warmer, I've been trying to get out as much as I can when the weather cooperates.
Let's share how we are exercising each week: walking or running on our trails or on the treadmill, biking, bowling, gardening, golfing, swimming, dancing with Richard Simmons or on the Wii, etc. Share a goal of 30 minutes three times a week and how you spent that 1-1/2 hour. Let's see how many can top this goal each week. You CAN do this.
