Its a team lead by Coach Nicole. It is to get you motivated to do 30 minutes cardio and a strength training focus every day for the month of January. I got an email about it between the holidays and signed up. So far, it is pretty much what I was doing before I had so much trouble with my heel. It was a great way to get me back up and moving again!
