April Morning workout challenge:
Goal: I want to get up in the morning and exercise before work (5 days a week) Goal For April: Lose 10 pounds!
Week 1
4/2- 31 minutes/2.14 miles-- Treadmill
4/3- 35 minutes/ Week 5, Day 1 of C25K (2.55 miles)
4/4- 38 minutes/Treadmill Intervals-- 5-7 incline (2.54 miles) & Mini ST session
4/5- 20 JM 30 Day Shred (3) Level 1
4/6- Jogged my first mile since high school!!! 12 minutes & cooldown- 16 minutes/crunches on ball
Total: 140 minutes/5 Workouts
Week 2
4/9- 15 minutes- Treadmill Intervals-- 11:42 mile & cool down
4/10- 20 minutes, 30 day Shred (5) Level 1
4/11- 11:15 mile, 22 minutes on treadmill & crunches on ball
4/12- 20 minutes, 30 day Shred (6) Level 1
4/13- 25 Minutes WII/Biggest Loser-Yoga & Challenge, 62 minutes/Treadmill 4.5 miles
Total: 5 days, 164 minutes
Week3
4/16- 36 minutes/Treadmill-Incline 2.4 miles
4/17- 36 minutes/Week 6 Day 1 C25K
4/18- 17 minutes/Treadmill
4/19- 20 min 30DS (7) Level 1
4/20-41 Treadmill/Speed Work
Total: 5 days/150
Week4
4/23- 16 minutes/Treadmill Intervals/Speed, 50 crunches on ball
4/24- 19 minutes/Treadmill-- 11:20 mile plus cooldown (1.52 mile), 50 crunches on ball
4/25- 12 30DS
4/26- 100 Crunches on Ball
4/27- 16 minutes/Treadmill, 50 crunches on ball
Total: 5 days, 68 minutes
4/30- 16 minutes/treadmill
Grand total April morning workouts: 21 days
Did you complete your goal? Nope-- didn't lose 10 pounds this month but feel great logging my fitness minutes!!!!
