April Morning workout challenge:

Goal: I want to get up in the morning and exercise before work (5 days a week) Goal For April: Lose 10 pounds!

Week 1
4/2- 31 minutes/2.14 miles-- Treadmill
4/3- 35 minutes/ Week 5, Day 1 of C25K (2.55 miles)
4/4- 38 minutes/Treadmill Intervals-- 5-7 incline (2.54 miles) & Mini ST session
4/5- 20 JM 30 Day Shred (3) Level 1
4/6- Jogged my first mile since high school!!! 12 minutes & cooldown- 16 minutes/crunches on ball

Total: 140 minutes/5 Workouts

Week 2
4/9- 15 minutes- Treadmill Intervals-- 11:42 mile & cool down
4/10- 20 minutes, 30 day Shred (5) Level 1
4/11- 11:15 mile, 22 minutes on treadmill & crunches on ball
4/12- 20 minutes, 30 day Shred (6) Level 1
4/13- 25 Minutes WII/Biggest Loser-Yoga & Challenge, 62 minutes/Treadmill 4.5 miles

April Morning workout challenge:

Goal: I want to get up in the morning 13 times this month (3x a week) to exercise- additionally I will do 4 nights of exercise a week and go on walks on my lunch breaks if the weather is warm enough.

Week 1
