Nah, I just thought you were serious. So many "Help" Desk response go straight for "Well, first, let's clean up your cookies." It has just become such a common response to the provider having issues.
Kind of the 21st century version of "OK, please click on you Start menu and let's check your network settings." (But I'm using a Mac or Linux and besides I haven't changed them since yesterday and I got my email yesterday.) "Oh. We don't support those OS's. Maybe that's why you don't get your email."
