Interesting! Well, I know I get tremendously dizzy after a marathon or super long runs when I sweat alot, so I experimented and a small bag of potato chips when this is likely helps. Before I would say find a sports drink with a higher sodium content and simply add a little salt. DD one time had a headache after our first half together and the first aid tent gave her chicken broth because it was high in sodium. It is low calorie as well and a fluid.
