Congrats!! It's great to hear that it was so wonderful! I'll be doing my first HM in October. Do you have any key tips/lessons learned to share?

I have no "goal weight". MY goal is to be as healthy, strong and active as I can be. This isn't about my relationship with the scale but my relationship with the world.

I am thrilled to say that my first HM was so much more than I'd hoped for! I finished in 2:24, which is better than expected. I felt great the whole time except for the last 2 miles which were ROUGH! The entire experience was fun and exciting and I am looking forward to doing another.
