this just happened just very weird. came back from the gym felt no pain. went downstairs to do my situps and felt lots of pain. now i have a small ammount of pain in my left lower abdomen and groin area. I ran today and it didnt hurt that much. but was just doing some reading on it I have a few symptoms but all the reading says usually done with alot of twisting motions in hockey and football. So I will rest it and if it gets worse will go see my dr.
My co-worker's husband is a marathoner and he just had surgery yesterday on his. Don't wait...get to your doctor. If it is that only he can really help you. If it isn't that he is the best option for advice.
