Awesome article!

I was passed by a pregnant walker once when I first started. LOL! I'm not that much faster now. Oh well...I AM running! :)

Hahaha, that was a welcome read. I've definitely been passed by walkers before. Just think - the slower you run, the more time you have to take in your beautiful surroundings!

Thanks for sharing the article. I got a great laugh lol Reminds me of the t-shirt I once saw another runner wearing it said "Please God, let there be someone behind me to read this t-shirt" lol
