I just also read in my womens fitness mag that when you do cardio if you take a 20 min break inbetween your workout ( say your working out for an hour, you do 30 mins, break for 20 mins and then go again for 30 more mins ) You will burn 11.7% more cals then if you just went straight through with out a break. Isnt that something.
