Thanks i apperciate it. I just also read in my womens fitness mag that when you do cardio if you take a 20 min break inbetween your workout ( say your working out for an hour, you do 30 mins, break for 20 mins and then go again for 30 more mins ) You will burn 11.7% more cals then if you just went straight through with out a break. Isnt that something.

I always do cardio first. Glad to hear that is the best way to do it.

Cardio first then strenght training. I read that somewhere to that supposely since you have the metabolism up and burning calories after cardio is carried over to strenght training because strenght training is a long term metabolism raiser.

I just want to know if your doing strength training and cardio in one day, if it was better to to the cardio first and then the strength right after. I thought i heard somewhere that if you did strength after cardio you would burn more cals then if you did strength first and then cardio. Does anyone know if that is true?
