Lost my streak this past week and i have my trip to vegas tomorrow. I hope that I am walking my 10K steps in vegas but the traveling to and from will be the days that I might not make them.

That's awesome Jose I lost my fitbit last week and can't tell how many steps I'm doing a day I'm to cheap to by another one keep up the good work

Well I'm still struggling with the fruits and veggies but the dvds and working out at the gym I'm totally rocking it....Right now I'm doing a 90 day program from www.beachbody.com called Les Mills Pump and I really like it a lot but I'm hitting the gym early morning at least 5 days and sometimes 6 so I'm very proud of that especially since I couldn't work out right after my recent surgery

I'm also very proud of you for making it to your 81st day....You are rocking this

Oooh, huge delivery of freggies! I am jealous. :)

My exercise streak is up to 81 days. My workouts are short, but it is helping my stamina and mood, and the habit is seriously ingrained now. :)

How are other folks doing? Any new streaks? Mini-streaks?

After today's workout, my exercise streak will reach 30 days!

Tema, I hope you have fun with the DVDs. You certainly won't get bored with your workouts this winter! :)

Liz, SparkPeople's protein requirements are higher than I thought they would be. I go by the Mayo Clinic's recommendations instead (10-35% of calories from protein, 20-35% from fat, 45-65% from carbs).

I make sure to get my veggies in 1st thing in the morning. I just toss some into my fruit smoothie. Also just steam you a cup of something small and add to your dinner. I actually find it challenging to get enough protein. I often get to the end of the day and find I need to eat a handful of peanuts just to make my minimum protein levels. emoticon

Mine are going to be working out 4 days a week with a dvd...so I can get thru all these dvds that I have

Continue working out at the gym 5 days a week

Gotta get those veggies in fruit is not so much of a problem but wow veggies are hard those are what I'm working right now so far so good

That's funny I have some of the same streak goals.

emoticon 5 miles a week minimum to include cardio 3 times a week strength training twice a week, and 5 minutes of stretching a day.

emoticon logging some mat time meditation 3 times a week

emoticon practicing guitar 3 days a week

Thus far I been able to get the exercise and meditation time on a two week streak. Guitar I keep achieving about 66% per a week.

Lets get two streaks that we can do and commit to doing them for 60 days...who's in it with me Streaks (doing something every day or week or month) are a great way to stay motivated and to reach some amazing goals! You can start a SparkStreak on any of your goals and can share them with other members on here.....

So pick two streaks that you want to work on and post and keep us updated on how you're doing daily if needed...
