Okay so I will keep track of the annual lost....all we have to do is come here post how much we loose....whether you weigh in weekly, monthly or now then then it doesn't matter how often just come here and post what you've done....So if someone lose 3 lbs one week post that by subtracting it from the previous totals
Don't post any gains though we want to focus on the loss only here....

I'm in. I wasted all of 2012 working out, yet not doing much to change my food habits. I could have been most or all the way to my goal of losing 80lbs. So, count me in!

I think I am ready to change too. I have been stuck above 300 for a while now and it doesnt feel too good. 2012 was not very kind to me and I would like to be under 300 this year. I think the stress of new job position and my daugther's health have focus everything off of me this year and more to those. But Daughter is now off her anti seizure medicine that shes been taking for 2 years now and Ive learned most of my role at work. 2013 will be the year it focus is placed back on me.

Tema, what a great idea! I'm in! I am really, really ready to make the changes I need to get this extra weight off! I can use all the motivation I can get. How are we going to work this? Post a starting weight? How often are weigh ins? Who will track the annual loss? Etc.....

I'm going to start a Challenge on Jan. 1 2013 for us to loose 2013 lbs next year....I know that sound daunting but it is so possible there is enough of us where we can do it....Please join me and make this happen.....We can do it.....
