I am training for the "marathon" that is The Holidays. LOL
I aim to pace myself this month so that I don't overdo it and wipe myself out.
I am working on small amounts of exercise most days of the week to build stamina, and eating healthfully to give my body what it needs.
As for holiday foods, I should be okay as long as I stay away from the cookies. =)
What are your goals for the month of Dec...I know that this month we get bogged down with a lot of holiday mindless eating but we can focus and stay on track
My goals is to not do a lot of mindless eating and continue to get my glasses of water in and more veggies that's my biggest problem
