I think creating a caloric deficit over time is probably hardest for me. though more recently, i've been pretty good at it. as i'm consistently losing a pound a week. (believe me i wish it were more.)

Which normal-eating concept do you have the hardest time accepting?



Eating when I'm hungry and stopping when I'm satisfied

Using my food preferences as a guide when making choices

Creating a caloric deficit over time, not necessarily daily

Sometimes it's okay to eat for other reasons besides nutrition

There are no good and bad foods

I don't have to feel hungry in order to lose weight
