NancyAnne55 isn't a coach, but she's a successful sparker and she taught me that I wasn't eating enough. She told me I should never eat less than my BMR and how to calculate that. I kept throwing my body into starvation mode and I wasn't getting anywhere in my weight loss.

She also advised me to take baby steps with the exercise and quit trying to do too much too soon and hurting myself so that I couldn't do anything at all.

This is a battle and I AM a warrior!
