I'm doing pretty good with the nutrition tracker, but the fitness tracker is something I'm just starting to try to use daily. (Might be because I wasn't exercising daily...hmmmm) lol

Yes! Often I will plan my whole day on the nutrition tracker, so I don't make bad choices during the day or accidentally eat over my calorie range. I use my phone app whenever I'm not home.
