Thanks! Congrats to everybody in the challenge. It really did help to keep me focused and motivated. I convinced a couple of friends of mine to do a 6-week challenge that started this week. I am only halfway to my immediate goal. Hopefully I will remain on this path to a new me.

A month of no car to go to the store in to get decent food has blown this challenge for me. Hopefully I will have a car before the next one. I am leaving on vacation this evening so will bow out of the final week of the challenge since I'm almost back where I started.

thanks for the encouragement! I'm not planning on giving up the running, and i know it may take some time to adjust. My instant gratification brain just wanted some quick results to help me stay moving, lol.
My xbox is in the shop (thank you Skyrim), so running may help replace it. I'm going to try and do yoga this week, on my non-running nights, to help stretch out those muscles and boost my calories burned. Here's hoping for results!

I guess I am this weeks biggest loser. I am really not sure how I did it because I didnt work out all week long. But I dropped 4.2 pounds. Maybe I have been spending alot of time gamining and on eating small meals to get back to the gaming.
