My goal is to hit 235 pounds by Christmas. (And then not gain it back!)
I've got several parties between now & then, so hopefully I keep my head and make good choices. :-)

My goal is not to undo all the progress I've made so far while I'm at my in-laws for Christmas. Good Southern Cooking has been my downfall many years - this year I'm going to try and work out while I'm there, and watch my portion sizes.

My goal is to lose another 4 pounds (or more) by the end of December. I want to be under 155 by Jan 2011! Lots of other goals...but that is the most important one for me!
