Well, its halfway thru Nov already. I am doing great on exercise, doing good on staying involved with SP, so my biggest goal for the rest of this month would be:

Decrease my weight by 2 - 3 pounds by the end of Nov. I am working on making good food choices a habit!

Last month was a mixed bag - I was sick for a while, and fell off the wagon a bit, but I lost some weight at the beginning of the month...

Goals for the month:
work in some kind of exercise every day. Even if it's 5 minutes.
Cook dinner at home at least 5 nights a week
Pack lunches for work every day

Last month was a bust - hardly any weight loss and I just couldn't go gluten free. It is too hard to avoid flour during the tastiest season of the year.

I'm going to be more realistic with my goals this time. This month, my goal is to try several different types of classes at the YMCA to see if if anything strikes my fancy. I'd also like to start strength training and increase my protein intake but still stay vegetarian, or at least pescetarian.
