My current goals are:

Gain muscle by going to the gym
Complete Trick or Trot between Oct. 30th - Nov. 5th
Get in at least 5 days of strength some days and cardio
Begin 21 Day detox ~no cooked foods only fruits and veggies smoothies and water

Oct goals

Atleast lose one lb a week
60 min wii fit plus a day
30 fruit ninja a day
be more active on SP ( been slacking the past week)

I ended up 2 lbs shy of my goal weight loss in Sept, but I'm okay with it. I'd like to keep the same goal of 8 lbs weight loss. I'm also going to try to go gluten-free this month.
