My July goal is to visit spark daily. And so far I haven't missed a day. Another goal, which I just realized I was aiming for just the other day was to get my 25 points so that I can spin the bonus wheel. And with the exception of two or three days, I have made that goal as well, I'm proud to say!

Lets see if I can keep this up.
Between walking, the recumbent bicycle and a little stretching I got in 225 minutes this week. I'm going to be sitting on my duff tomorrow driving to Denver so none then. I'll have to estimate for Saturday and Sunday since we will be walking around the Colorado Renaissance Festival all weekend. LOL

My July goal is to find a more easily sustainable but just as impactful workout routine... no more shin splints for this girl! Also, hopefully drop another five pounds and not gain any back!

Well, not doing so well on goals without some exercise.
I joined a challenge in another team that tracks exercise and weight loss to help get me motivated. It started last Friday...I did 70 min on the recumbent bicycle last night and about 17 miles. LOL Now, just to keep it up.
